"This is a family friendly hotel. Close to all shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and lovely garden.

"This is hands down the worst hotel I've booked till date. The pictures show clean rooms and a nice outdoor restaurant but that's not the case. When I arrived, the staff were horrible. They spoke with us as if we've never spent one night at any other hotel before. When we entered our rooms, it smelled. The bedsheets were dirty and no hot water! I paid for air conditioned rooms but they weren't working in 2 out of 3 rooms.
I reserved 3 rooms for 7 people but they only provided us with 4 towels....
