This place is unique. The bathroom door doesn’t exist. No hair dryer the beds aren’t comfortable. The floor carpet is so dirty but the staff service is great.

Worst hotel ever

Was horrible, dirty, and everything that you can think off. Dirty bed sheets, dirty rug, dirty refrigerator, broken toilet set, I could keep on going. Got my refund and was out.

When we arrived we were informed the property was closing in one month. We were allowed to look at the room and decide if we wanted to stay. We arrived late and could not make other arrangements so decided to stick it out. Out room did not even have a bathroom door! That we did not realize until after paying 188.00. They had no breakfast as advertised no t.v that worked not even an alarm clock. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Hotel is not too far from beach. However, rug is dirty, refrigerator is and furniture in damaged condition. Bed blocking the door to the bathroom and TV have no remote. Dresser drawer missing handles and one of them don't close.

Poorly maintained but got partial refund

I was able to get a significant refund after letting the manager know about the deplorable conditions in our room and the lack of advertised amenities (e.g. breakfast). Our bathroom had no door, windows didn't have regular curtains, only net ones. Holes in walls and floors. No TV or phone in room. Plus side: Beds were decent. Fridge and microwave (we didn't try it, so not sure if it worked).

Room was advertised $119 for 4 people. After checkout, I got a receipt for $178, because over 2 people, there’s a $20 extra person fee per person. Got checked in. As soon as we opened the door to walk the hallway, it reeked of weed. Got in our room.... Curtains were falling down. Walls, TV stand, TV, everything was spattered with stains, not clean at all. The bathroom had no knob, just a hole in the door with a dirty rag draped through it. The inside of the bathroom was shredded from someone locking a large dog inside. Holes in the walls, door trim ripped apart, sink leaked and flooded the counter, bath tub had a baseball sized hole in it, the toilet paper holder was a hole in the wall with toilet paper stuffed in it. The blankets had holes all through them. The mattresses had shredded plastic hanging out everywhere. Overall, it was disgusting. Ended up leaving early just to get out of the room.

I arrived and had to make them repair the lock to my room, they offered me an alternative but it required a 1 hour wait, as I needed to attend a wedding I couldn’t wait. We agreed that a room for me will be available after my return. The lock of my original room was fixed. The bathroom had four lamps and only one with a light bulb. Upon request I got a second light bulb and a second towel as there was no bath mat. The overall impression of the room was not clean - but bearable for one night. The other morning I ran into another guest who could not get another towel as there were just none available. The hotel personal tried to help but the overall experience is just really bad. I had no high expectations: a clean room with a bed and bathroom for a one-night stay just for resting - but those were not fulfilled, especially for more than $120 for the stay.

The place is busted up. There are holes in the walls, in the shower, cigarette burns in the sheets, a nasty door, the knob is held in by toilet paper, the blinds won’t close, and there’s no rod for a shower curtain, so you must shower without one.

Employees were courteous and apologetic and we were given a new room without questions, but the new room wasn't much better. Our first room had no curtains on the bay window and overlooked a busy street, no pillows, and it looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in years. Our second room had a damp floor, only two towels and pillows, no garbage can, no cable service or TV remote, fruit flies, and it looked like it was in the middle of a remodel without being cleaned. Not recommended.

Who would sray here?

Looked at three rooms before we gave up and got our money back. The place look like a crack house broken doors filthy floors beds that look like they were just slept in holes in the walls door locks that didn't work unless you enjoy grungy rooms stay away

Crime scene

If you like a disgusting dirty hotel that reeks of pot and urine..this is the place to stay..if you can get your room card to work..don't mind sleeping on a urine stained unmade..uncleaned room this is YOUR UTOPIA...

Reservations invalid

When i went there. One girl was screaming that her stuff gone all missing. And cleaning ppl took it. She was travelling. And when i checked the reseption ppl said they do not have any room and there were many ppl along with me whos reservation was unvalid without notice. I am never booking with expedia.

This place should not be listed.

I called to request a ground floor room bc I can't handle stairs due to a back problem. When I arrived no one knew of my request but I was shown the dank "basement" aka the "first floor" - mattress was ripped and the old, yellowing foam was showing. I tried to get another room and that mattress had cigarette burns all over it. I tried to get a room on the "3rd floor" aka 2nd floor where at least the dank smell was not overpowering. No go. and then they said there was NO TV service. because of the internet but you could clearly see they had dishes mounted on the outside on the building . I ran into a local who said the town was trying to get them shut down because of the unsavory clientele. But who but the unsavory would want to stay there.

Don’t stay here

This place is nothing what the website states, this is no free breakfast no WiFi no ice machine no restaurant no laundry, there is burn holes in the sheets, dirty bathrooms, holes in walls and doers, went to grab donuts around the corner and the employees there warned me that the place is being shut down because it atracks drugs to it, I would of stayed in car if I would of known

Do Not Stay Here

When we arrived at the hotel, we were leery from the view of the outside but being optimistic.....checked in. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough, however when we asked about the amenities listed, he advised that there was no restaurant. Again, we optimistically walked through the basement hall (which was a tad scary) and made it to our room. There were no working lights. The window was broken. The room looked dirty and very uninviting. on the window sills, there appeared to be a variety of dead bugs. I would not sit down or touch anything. My husband went in search of assistance. Another gentlemen arrived and seemed confused as to why we would need a light in the room. My husband advised that we would not be staying in that room and he wanted another one. We were then moved to the room next door. Disgusting, as well. the bathroom sink was hanging on the floor, the window broken, and again.....just plain dirty. My husband addressed with the front desk and we were returned our money. Also, outside of the room, there were people smoking pot and cigarettes which of course, came into the room through the broken glass. I could never recommend this place to anyone.

The sink facet was loose and falling off. One of the outlets was falling out of the wall. The blanket on the bed was dirty, the lamp on the floor had a cardboard box taped around the bottom of it. We didn’t have any towels in the room. Every time we went to the front desk nobody was there.
