There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "Breakfast was good but having a dinner option would have improved my stay as not many eating places nearby. Rooms needed a deep clean as I found several hairs on the floor. But overall clean."

"Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. "Perfect location by the tower of Charles bridge. The location was supreme. There is a grocery store right across from the hotel. The staff were amazing with free breakfast. Free ticket to visit the tower for all hotel guests. "

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."
