"Breakfast is disappointing. Hot water for tea can be separated from coffee machine. The queue was too long. It’s located walking distance (15 minutes) to the palace mall. It’s difficult to find restaurants nearby the hotel."

"The staff at the reception desk was professional and pleasant. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, new furniture and nicely renovated bathrooms. "Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."

"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. The AC in our room did not work and they could not give us another room until the next day because they said they are full. Temp inside was 30C that...
