"Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls,mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. Room was overpriced and I would NEVER stay there again!! "

"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "

You check in at a kiosk with employee on screen, very unprofessional and Im glad that I left, they tried charging my credit card three different prices numerous times but didn't go thru. I reported them for fraudulent charges to my credit card company. "

"The room was clean and fully stocked, the resort was also very clean and well maintained, the staff was super nice and helpful, my only complaint was that the hot tub was having issues getting warm but the pool was amazing, hopefully the hot tub will be warm the next time we go!"

"Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. Appropriate toiletries provided. Bathroom towels very thin and low quality. Beds and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast layout is pathetic. On a positive note, staff members from all shifts were extremely pleasant. Per front desk staff, hotel does not have an elevator, so we stayed on the first floor. Owners need to invest more in...

"It was pajama day with the staff. They ye look was very unprofessional with bonnets and all. When we got to our room the beds were not made. We were given another room on another floor. When we went cut the new room 4 staff people were talking and laughing loudly. There was a strong fishy smell which one of the staff members said, it was her fault she was eating crabs in one of the rooms. When I asked if it was always loud there (a hint to them to quiet down) they said only in the weekend when...

"when i saw that this place was a bread and breakfast, my wary antennas shot up, but our stay in cherry valley manor was absolutely royal! we stayed in the royal treatment room, and it truly was royal! it had a vintage style and vibe, but all the furniture were brand new condition so it felt like we were in a palace. we hope to come back and try out the tiffany room next occasion! the atmosphere was calm peaceful warm and inviting! it was perfect for a nice getaway with my husband. it was clean...

"Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry."
