"Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint....Confusion on check in time. Was told we could have an early check in to get ready for our event. Got there, willing to pay extra for our room and they said no, it'll be 2 hours. Just to have another staff come on duty and check us in immediately."
