Great Little Place

I enjoyed my stay… cute little hotel, next to old Plzen, including shopping and restaurants… and also near a tourism office. Price was okay.

I called repeatedly, like 10 times, from Munich...to let them know I would be doing a late check-in, got thru once, but lady was no help. Finally arrived, after delays at 2:00am and no one to answer door. No place to stay. So had to pay for premium room at Marriot so I could sleep.

施設情報には最終チェックイン時間は20時と記載されていたのに、19時迄にチェックインする様に強要され、それ以降になるとフロントに人が居なくなると言われた。鍵は花壇に置いておくと言われ、花壇の鍵を探す為に手が泥だらけになった。

Sehr gute Frühstückstheke. Hotelrezeption war nicht besetzt und nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben normale Doppelzimmer mit frühstück und Parkplatz. Es gab kein Parkplatz und das Zimmer war alles zu eng. Einzige gute war Frühstück und Lage. Ich habe mich vorher online angemeldet. Das hätte ich sparen können. Es hat nicht funktioniert

Prima locatie, heel vriendelijk personeel en een verrassend goed ontbijt. Maar wel een keihard bed en veel pissebedden in de kamer. Zagen we pas toen we opstonden 😞

We liked the proximity to the city. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to please the guests. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for three nights but unfortunately no room service was provided during that time.

The walls were quite thin and the stairwell was a bit tricky for anyone with mobility concerns, but overall we were very happy with this place. The bathroom was updated, excellent water pressure and hot water. Staff was great; we had a late train out and so the staff let us keep our big suitcase with them after check out time so we would continue exploring.

Świetna lokalizacja. Kompetentna i przyjazna obsługa. Parkowanie na płatnych miejscach na ulicy (uwaga na straż miejską). Hotel proponował parking przy innym pensjonacie.

こじんまりとした、清潔なホテル

チェコでは、英語が通じないことも多かったのですが、ここの受付の若い女性は、英語も通じ、出入りの際にも笑顔で挨拶してくれて、感じが良かったです。 部屋も清潔感があり、過ごしやすかったです。

Pilsen ist eine Reise wert!

Die Pension ist bereits zum 2. Male für uns ein Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurztrip nach Pilsen. Die zentrale Lage ist fast unschlagbar(kurze Wege zum Marktplatz, dem Brauereimuseum, der Brauerei, etc.), das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Der Zustand bedarf sicher einiger Renovierungsarbeiten, diese haben im Aussenbereich bereits begonnen! Direkt vor der Tür sind 2 kostenfreie Parkplätze, ca. 150m zu Fuss befindet sich ein super modernes Parkhaus, in welchem man für ca. 1€!!!!! pro Tag parken kann. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück überschaubar, aber definitiv ausreichend. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Boli sme veľmi sklamaní z ubytovania,penzión veľmi starý,izby sú malé a veľmi zastaralé,raňajky nám dávali v podzemí,hrozné....nikdy viac.Hneď ako sme prišli sa ubytovať nemali našu rezerváciu,museli sme čakať,posledný deň nášho odchodu sme dostali balíčky s jedlom,lebo v penzióne prebiehali opravy.Plzeň nádherná,vrátime sa určite niekedy ale nikdy nie do tohoto penziónu.

The location is perfect that is very near to the old town, and very easy to come from the Brno main station. Staff are very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect. Very comfortable. I left early in the morning, so that staff prepared take-out breakfast for me and passed me previous evening. It was so helpful for me.
