"Chris the owner always makes you feel welcome. Dining in the pub is always a tasty experience, as is the selection of ales on the bar.
Rooms are tasteful in good shape, and comfortable.

"The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.
the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service.

"Very relaxing Staff were friendly one gent behind bar was a bit arrogant but overall our 4 day stay was good.. Oh there were ants in the room but didn’t really ruin our stay.. "
