Very friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities, loved the gym and pool area. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked a little extra storage and seating. Would happily stay at Sky Villa again.

Room was great - honeymoon suite - very comfortable with fabulous views. Housekeeping a little hit & miss. Bar service poor. Lorette was very helpful in organising a wine tour which was very good. Rooftop pool & bar advertised but not open during our stay - they should advise that this happens when they are not busy.

This place is an absolute gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed this venue for our last few days in Plettenburg Baii! The venue is absolutely beautiful but I can say that this place wouldn’t be as beautiful as it was without the great staff. The service given was superb and it truly felt like home being there!

Be ware the room you get

Wonderful hotel, with wonderful staff. Sadly the room was a huge let down. Impossible set of stairs to navigate to get to the room. The room itself was far too small for what was being charged. A little disappointing truth be told.

Great potential but disappointing. At check in, we were brought to 4 different rooms - one of which was occupied, before being brought to the correct room. This was okay and we were given a bottle of wine as an apology and offered welcome drinks in our room. The drinks did not arrive, we had to go downstairs after waiting for an hour. The room was lovely and we had been left chocolates however it was noisy - I think there may have been some sort of machine directly under our room? Sounded like a washing machine. Dinner was on the pricier side but nice and service at dinner good. Breakfast service wasn’t great, we were directed to a table then had to ask for a menu and coffee after 10 minutes of waiting. Our order was taken and then was wrong when it arrived. We were not asked how our stay was at check out. We still had a lovely time but compared to some of the other fantastic hotels we have stayed in along the garden route, this one was disappointing.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing and the room was beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant both night we were there and the food was fantastic. The welcome drink was delicious. If it had been on the menu we would have had several. The only complaint I have would be the fact that there was no help with the luggage when we checked out and the woman at reception would not allow me to leave the car out front for a couple of minutes so I could help my daughter with the luggage. The service at the end was a real disappointment after such a great stay. For this reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

Not as advertised. Was supposed to have a sea view from our room. Had two windows in our room. One was a skylight and the other was looking into the property next door. Unsafe stairs to get to our room. WiFi kept dropping. Smell of smoke from the fire in our room which lingered on our clothes for the rest of our trip in South Africa. Breakfast was poor, stale crackers, dried out fruit. Ordered the flapjacks which came with maple syrup and was told they had run out of maple syrup. On check in we were given a tour of the hotel, asked if we would like to reserve a table for dinner, we said we would. Asked which table we would like, picked it (beside the fire). Came to dinner at our reserved time and our table was giving away. Giving a table in a draft so spent our meal freezing. No apologies made by staff but had the cheek to ask for a tip when paying.

Schönes, neues und modernes Hotel. Auf einem Hügel gelegen mit schöner Aussicht über die Bucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber und verfügte über eine grosse Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Service für die warmen Speisen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Aussenbereich bei der Bar. Leider funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nach einem Stromausfall das Internet bis zum Schluss des Aufenthalts nicht mehr. Wir würden das Hotel bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend wieder berücksichtigen.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war eine super schönes Hotel mit Mega außenbereich. Leider wussten wir nicht das es bei dem Guesthouse rooms eine Küche gibt die man gemeinsam mit anderen nutzt das war bei der Buchung auch nicht ganz ersichtlich meiner Meinung nach.

Depois do upgrade experiência boa

O hotel mesmo só tem um bloco . Os demais são anexos de acomodações e na que ficamos tinham 6 quartos embaixo e 2 em cima . A escada para esses 2 quartos é surreal, íngrime e sem condições para idoso ou crianças . Perigosa. O quarto não tem frigobar e são muito pequenos e quentes . E junto com 4 acomodações do piso inferior compartilham geladeira e forno . Pedir um upgrade p apartamento térreo o q me foi concedido é paguei a diferença . Este quarto de baixo completo é grande e acomoda 4 pessoas mas com 1 banheiro só . É bonita a área. Mas percebi que somente o hotel é 5 estrelas . Os anexos não .

Charmant hôtel avec vue sur la baie de Plettenberg, chambres confortables et bien équipées, très bon restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner aussi et bon spa également, personnel très aimable et serviable. Une merveilleuse découverte ❤️❤️❤️

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. L’hôtel est splendide, à dimension humaine. Le repas est délicieux et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous étions a la chambre 216 et le petit bémol est que notre chambre donnait sur la blanchisserie ( on entendait l’essorage de la machine tôt le matin et jusqu’à un petit tard) mais nous avons tout de même adoré notre séjour. Les massages de Lorette sont exquis.

Dit hotel is de waard om te verblijven. Prachtige ligging, zeer vriendelijke mensen en een top keuken. Bij onze volgende Gardentour zullen we zeker hier weer verblijven.
