"Very friendly and professional staff in the lobby. Portland Wharf has great restaurants and beautiful views in Downtown"

"Nice location"

"This hotel is amazing. Friendly staff- really good food and the spa was great."

"Near airport, convenient loacation to downtown Portland."

"We’re not informed about the $45 per day parking charge for the valet parking."

"The guest rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at the jetport are very large. They were clean and well appointed. The bed was almost too far away from the television for this traveler. I wish that the coffee service would include real creamer."

"Nothing"

"This property is at least 20 years past needing a refresh. There's no clear indication that you're at the front door, and I can't remember the last time I was at a hotel that didn't have automatic doors. This hotel is fairly close to the airport, but apparently the expectation is that people carrying luggage are also supposed to hold the door open for themselves. Walking down the hall felt like the first time I went to my college dorm room in 1989. The rooms look very little like the pictures,...

"Very clean room, centrally located, and the staff was very nice."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was nice. Good location"

"The room was filthy! The rug clearly hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a huge crack and the edges of the sink were covered in rust and black substance. The sheets looked clean but who really knows. The continental breakfast was definitely the best part of the stay."

"Room overall was good. The bathroom had a very small sink area. Not enough room for two people to put out toiletries. Ice machines were broken or missing. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. No microwave or clock. The room was a good size with a sitting area."

"It was a very convenient location, the linens were very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good! Good value for the price."
