The pool and hot tub were nice and open 24hrs! Clean hotel and the staff was amazing to us. The cleaning lady on floor 4 was so sweet to us every day. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. "The hotel itself is close to most Disney parks. The front desk staff are accommodating. Breakfast is decent. What I didn’t like was the noise outside every morning and my iPhone charger disappeared from my room after I requested for housekeeping. It was plugged on the wall and I never removed it.
