"The best thing about the property is their excellent customer service. Monica helped us at check in and Vera at checkout. Vera was especially helpful as she helped us get the shuttle as our parking situation at the airport didnt work out. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful. As we were dealing with both a birth and death at the same time it was helpful to have such a caring staff as l was very frazzled. "

"We spent one night here. The room was adequate, relatively clean, although the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the ice machine on the first floor was out of order. There was a lot of airport noise early in the evening, but it subsided by 10 PM thank goodness. Nice to have hot coffee available at 6 AM but unless you like sugar and carbs for breakfast, there was not much to offer. For the price, this hotel was clean enough, quiet enough, and accommodating enough. It was definitely a good deal."

"While the rooms weren’t outright dirty, they didn’t seem at all fresh. I did t trust that they had received the disinfecting posted in the room, much less a thorough cleaning. There was a hair in one towel. Although I called and said I would arrive ad day late but would pay for all nights, my reservation was cancelled and checking in was a hassle for me and my daughters, whose rooms were not cancelled as they had reservations for the later date. This hotel makes me suspicious of the brand."
