"Good location, AC unit and professional staff."

"The apartment was perfect. Clean and neat. My only issue was the air conditioning. They regulate the temperature, you can not adjusting to the temperature that feels better for you. They even have a note next to the air conditioner key pad that says the perfect temperature to sleep is 25 celcius. I feel for the amount of money I am paying, which was a lot, it feels ridiculous to not have the freedom of choosing someting simple as the temperature that is comfortable for me. 25 celcius could be OK for the property, of course they will pay less electricity bill, but these apartments are not cheap and regulating the air conditioner is just kind a thing that cheap people do."

"Location was amazing, walking distance to almost everything in Central Madrid or right next to metro & Gran via. Has elevator, small rm but A.C worked very well. Has TV & streaming available. Did not like the bathroom set up w/a glass door & our dr wouldn't close but we worked it out. It is however, a decent size bathroom for Europe. No fridge or microwave but that is to be expected for hotel rm. Would definitely stay here again. Did not wake up in time for Breakfast but heard it was gd."
