"If you dislike being trapped in a hotel room, then this is the place for you. Self catering but with the enhanced security of being in a supervised complex. Plenty of parking for a vehicle. The staff were outstandingly good. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all deserve a mention for their efficiency, courteousness and politeness. No complaints at all. "A new hotel near Madrid Airport in an excellent location, especially convenient for early morning flights. The property is very clean, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. However, check-in can feel a bit overwhelming at peak times due to the number of guests arriving simultaneously. Breakfast is adequate for a short stay, though it could benefit from more variety. The mattress is slightly on the soft side, but acceptable for a one-night stopover. We chose to take an Uber instead of the hotel shuttle that runs hourly, which proved to be a convenient and flexible option. Overall, a solid option for a quick airport stay."
