Super easy to get an stay. It is a little farther from The airport (15-20min uber). Alas it was an affordable option available with everything else being booked up in October 2026. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Perfect place for solo traveler. A little too tight for two or for those traveling with luggage. It is clean, quiet and offers good breakfast. Shuttle bus to airport available but limited hours. Overall, good place.

The room served the purpose of a one night stay before flying out. The room was a small "no-fancy-no-frills" type unit. The ceiling wasn't even painted. Breakfast was good variety and a few hot items.

The property and staff member were nice. However, our room was missing it's number on the wall, we found roaches in our room and on the 2nd night our room electricity was cut off. The staff member did their part to restart the circuit breaker. So that helped. But I would not be coming back to this hotel.

I needed a place for one night before going to the airport and this place was perfect. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was a nice breakfast included, and they have a shuttle to the airport (for only 6 euros).

Is a really good choice to pass one night before travel. Breakfast is a good option and variety. The views are lovely. Other thing is that in this Ibis at walking distance you have a place to eat. Also have vending machines. Is a basic standard room but the necessary to rest before travel. Recommended.

Convenient room for one night before the flight, they have shuttle a a minimum fee, taking in consideration the quantity of bag one bag, carry on and personal item per person. Staff very attentive, breakfast for a considerable price 9,50€. 15 mins from airport you can use a taxi or Uber (less expensive). Recommended

Super place to stay, close to the airport and a many frequent buses stopping 5 mins walk away into Madrid for 1.50 euros per trip. Very friendly staff, very helpful. The room was larger than I expected and nicely appointed - it had everything I needed for a 6 night stay, it's a budget hotel however the room was cleverly set out and it had plenty of floor space, I travelled solo on this occasion but it would have been plenty big enough to share with a friend. There is a place serving snacks (pizza etc) and drinks - a bit limited but it was enough for me when I had been out all day, there is a terrace area to sit outside. Also plenty of parking space in the car park. I stayed here for the Madrid Grand Prix and sightseeing in Madrid - it was perfect. I'm surprised it's listed as a 1 star hotel, I've stayed in 3 stars that were nowhere near as good.

The location is the only issue for me. It take a long taxi ride to get to an area with decent dining choices. Otherwise the facility was near perfect and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and I booked a room for the night before. What we liked was the black out room, quiet and check out at 11:30am, or later! The coffee drinks were excellent. Guillermo at check in was exceptionally accommodating. A bit far from the airport, yet booking their shuttle was cost effective and easy.

This is a bare-bones hotel located within a couple minutes of the Madrid airport. The hotel had almost everything needed for a hotel stay: comfortable beds, very clean building, very quiet, good hot water in shower. The restaurant had a nice buffet offering for breakfast, but very limited options for dinner. Nearby, there were no places to shop in the immediate proximity of the hotel, and there seemed to be one additional restaurant outside the hotel.
