"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...

"Casa Maria is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is walkable from the restaurants, cafes and the beach. You will never run out of options because it is centrally located. The staff were all kind and amazing and helpful. They maintained the cleanliness all throughout our stay there. At night, it was so quiet and serene we didn't have a hard time sleeping. There was a pool and a bar where free breakfast was served everyday. They have yogurts, fruits, juice, hot tea, coffee, bread,...

"If you’re part of the rainbow coalition you want to be in the middle Zone Romanrica where this hotel is located. Don’t waste a thousand a night for the gay resorts. You’re wasting money. It’s a beautiful smaller hotel with a beautiful atrium and when it’s time to go out and have some fun you walk out the front gate and your right in the middle of where all the bars and parties are. "

"It is a very charming property and the staff are lovely but there was no hot water! They had no toast for breakfast two days in a row which is the only thing they offer. The pool leaked fast and furious and flooded the hotel so there was no pool. They continued to actively drill concrete by the upper deck multiple days is a row throughout the day while we were there. There was an extreme moldy to the pint of toxic basket under the bathroom sink that contained the blowdryer and the bathroom...
