"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Muchas gracias por la estancia muy amables de su parte. Elme sentí segura y puede disfrutar de la hermosa playa. El personal super amable."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times"

"Had a good time at the resort. Staff member Angelique made the stay nice. Everything was very convenient in walking distance from my room. You can jump on a golf cart to take you to other parts of the resort. They have different restaurants so you don't have to eat at the buffet every night. The pools are nice, they have family pools and adult only pools with swim up bar, the beach area was just ok. The nightly entertainment was good also, especially the MJ show. I suggest taking an ATV...

"El personal muy bueno atento amable y siempre con buena actitud pero la comida muy mala siempre lo mismo no restaurante disponible y el mondongo que ponían en la noche al día siguiente estaba en el desayuno solo había pasta y huevos hasta entres estaciones y lo peor las habitaciones llenas de mosquitos con un olor a humedad muy fuerte casi no se podía dormir"

"Los dueños, son súper amables y atentos se los recomiendo quedan los lugares súper cerca y aunque es pequeño la verdad súper bien"

"So nice and helpful staff!"

"Unfortunately, our overall experience at this all-inclusive hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff were not very friendly, and we were not given a proper explanation of the hotel’s activities, facilities, or available services. the room had to be updated. The bathroom was very small, and the shower caused water to spread across the entire bathroom floor. The towels were also old and could use replacing. One of the best things about our stay was the food at the buffet, which we really...

"They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book...

"Super clean Helpful Very good Wish breakfast - at least continental- was included Great location. quite noisy at night"

"A Dream Come True! Absolutely Breathtaking! 🌅❤️ This place was truly a little piece of paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The breathtaking infinity pool, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, beautiful decorations, spacious accommodations, luxurious bathroom, and wonderful hot showers made our stay unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of elegance, peace, and pure relaxation. The views were absolutely magical! One...

"They only serve house wines either the white or the red tasted like soap water, no drinkable. It’s almost impossible for them to get you a reservation for the restaurants for the same day, even passing by and noticing they are not full at all. The people that work there seem so sad or angry and you feel like it’s your fault. Rooms are very outdated it could have been cleaned better and things falling apart. IT HAS POTENCIAL TO BE BETTER. Also don’t plan to take an uber they won’t let you, only...

"Clean room comforts nice kitchen and good staff. Thank you!!"
