"Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. "Helt ok. Fint design, men ikke særlig praktisk. Utrolig lytt på alle rom. Det er en stor åpning inn til badet på privatrom, som gjør at mange insekter og dyr kommer inn på rommet. Dorm har ikke aircondition, kun vifte. Frokost er helt ok, lite utvalg. Fin beliggenhet til playa hermosa, men veldig langt unna alt annet. Avhengig av taxi eller atv/bil for å kunne gjøre noe annet enn å være på Dreamsea / stranden. Veldig god soda rett i nærheten og en liten dagligvare - dog er denne dyrere enn...

"Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. "Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing due to a lack of customer service and several concerning issues during our stay. Throughout the evenings, we were never offered beverages with meals, and it was often difficult to get staff members to acknowledge us. The level of service consistently fell below expectations for a resort. The condition of our room was also unacceptable. "El Sano Banano is a block from the beach and the little beachfront community. Everyone knows each other, they're outgoing, friendly, and extremely welcoming. Their menu is exceptional, their fresh fish dishes are to die for. I would come back here in a heartbeat"
