"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Cabo!! The grounds are incredible, the amenities are amazing, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We loved the food, we loved the pool and the lazy river, and the beach is gorgeous! (even with the no swimming warnings).
