"Wonderful & thoughtful accommodation. Bures are exceptional with crafted Fijian decor and comfy extras - like double hammock, sun loungers and Adirondack recliners on porch - ceiling fans and AC. Food plan (included) was very generous, delicious and varied. All the staff were gracious , helpful and put you in the Bula spirit! An interesting island area with history and charm plus a gorgeous bay, pools. beach and boating / snorkel or diving options. Didn’t want to leave!!"

"Bula Spirt was nowhere to be seen. Owner clearly is sucking the place dry and not a cent spent on up keep. Food was really basic, trouble with over croweded boats and staff are very unhappy. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Very unpleasant stay, such a shame"

"This resort is made for families in every way We stayed for 5 days with 4 kids 4 adults. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight for everyone - loved the omelette station and fresh juice bar! The centrally located pool is perfect the kids can swim and parents can supervise from the restaraunt. "Our Bure was massive, old fashion style with modern bathroom facilities The resort it self is well laid out, food buffet themed nights or al la Carte menu Staff are very helpful and accommodating Only down fall is there’s no actual beach, in saying that we did go n look at the other hotels at Denarau, apart from all the Reno’s going at these hotels the double tree holds it’s own very relaxed atmosphere and not over crowed like the bigger chains."

"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. "The staff are so welcoming and helpful! Loved the variety of restaurants, the multiple pools, and daily poolside activities. There are buggies that can take you from one end of the resort to the other, especially helpful when you have your luggage. And the Jack’s shop gives you a 20% off coupon with your receipt and has all the swimming essentials and cute souvenirs."

"What a hidden gem! This place is fantastic for a large group. We were. Group of six and books a 3 bedroom unit. It was so handy having the full kitchen & washer/drier. The hotel pool was such fun for the kids. We had an issue with our washer and the staff were quick to get it sorted for us. This hotel is right over the road from the port making it super convenient for shopping/food/catching the ferry to the islands. We will be back!! A++"
