We really enjoyed our stay Our Bure was clean and made up every day to a great standard- the staff were extremely friendly- buffet breakfast was delicious- great happy hours ! - we mostly had dinner at the grill down by the beach - it was delicious fantastic lamb racks and bbq pork ribs If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay - great pool

Love the people the service and everything about the resort. It would have a five if they had better food, and if the pool wasn’t on front street by the restaurant and not so many levels to it.

We love this place! We have stayed here about 6 times and keep going back. We love the oceanfront bure, they are huge, well maintained and spotless, great for families. Kids love the pool, the staff are amazing. Special shout out to Kesha, Samantha, Zoya and Kavneet. These guys always give us a warm ‘welcome home’ and make us feel at home.

What a wonderful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for to the wonderful people working at the hotel. Breakfast is really good and I enjoyed dinner a la carta too. Do book the snorkeling trip, got to see turtles, reef shark and lots of beautiful fish

Food great (theme nights are awesome) Staff amazing and super friendly Activities are fun (some free some need to be paid) Rooms we had beach view 2 beds and was beautiful and quiet. One suggestion: if possible maybe consider a Double tree bus to Denarau and back. Like a booking system if families are wanting to visit the port and back. Suggesting morning drop off and evening pick up. Could be once a day sort of thing.

The photos are not consistent with the state of the property. The rooms are great size and very comfortable. Maintenance is lacking as is cleaning the waterfront with debris from the hurricane 2 months ago. Investment in the property is needed - there are not enough chairs for each day by pool. The pools are extremely difficult to enter and exit. The staff are fantastic do such a great job looking after everything you could possibly want. We went to DENERAU every day swam in beach, listened to Music and had a great time. Double tree Hilton needs a major overhaul to provide the services and match the advertised pics ,

We had a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is pretty and the room was spacious. I enjoyed the quiet nights and activities. The resort doesn’t have a beach, transportation to and from the resort can be expensive, and food options can be improved. Overall, We had a great time!

Our 3rd stay here at the Double Tree, won't be our last. The facilities are excellent, the buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms are large and well equipped with a modern bathroom. The staff are a credit to the resort, helpful, friendly, and attentive. The standard of service here has never changed, from the front of house to the cleaners such as the wonderful Ala from housekeeping and Sam in the cafe. We love this place.

I found Lizard, Cockroaches at my room & a dirty hand towel in wardrobe, it was terrible.. the rooms had miserable vibes I been sick while staying there.. the staff was so kind but housekeeping was terrible.. the food wasn’t even good, I thought pizza gonna be fresh but it wasn’t even.. restaurant staff Lucy and Chef Nilesh was so helpful in making choice of food. I would recommend they should have more food options because there’s no other restaurant nearby the property you can walk in.

The room was spacious with nice bathroom. The pool area was ample with good seating. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Some of the amenities like the tennis court and games area could do with some maintenance. The ocean is not swim friendly from this resort.

All the staff were amazing from the boat to the hotel. Save was funny and Paul climbing the coconut trees made it fun. Breakfast was amazing. I remembered eating fish curry and chicken curry in 2018 but they removed it. I would recommend to have many dinner options available and not too expensive so people will stay in the resort. But overall absolutely fabulous stay.

The room was spacious and clean, enjoyed balcony with a great view. Staff very friendly and amazing. Breakfast was ok but not amazing, coffee machines weren’t working properly and once food was empty it took a while to be filled up again. Dinner was great at the grill restaurant but pretty average at the a la card restaurant - all options pretty expensive and then not ideal when food is not great. Our stay was ok for 2 nights but would have been a bit disappointed for a longer stay.
