"This small hotel is perfectly located in an area full of excellent restaurants and interesting shops. It was easy to walk to all major sites. We selected one of the smallest rooms because we planned to be out most of three days of our visit. It had a very comfortable queen bed and a nice bathroom. A bonus we were not expecting was the beautiful lounge area with excellent coffee and fresh fruit available 24/7. Also had lots of books and games available"

"One of the best hotels in the world I have ever stayed in. The quality of the staff, the standard of room, the excellent food and service in the restaurant, amazing kwerky artwork, and such attention to detail. The lobby is like being in a modern art gallery. Sadly we were informed of a bereavement during our stay. The hotel left us a lovely sympathy note and a little treat. In the first instance the duck sold it to us."

"Everything was so well with this hotel! Check in personnel were efficient and always greeted us each time we walked by the desk. Rooms were done everyday and had great storage. Louise the concierge, could answer everything we thru at her! Guys at the front entrance were very happy, friendly and super helpful! The bar was a quaint place to pop in for a drink with separate little patios to enjoy the view. However it needs more TV's!!!! Overall, it was the LOCATION! A 3 minute walk to shopping,...

"Hotel was very well located in the centre of the historic area. Staff were friendly and welcoming although not on site 24/7. They finish duty 18.00hrs so if you are arriving later than 18.00hrs, you need to prearrange with the hotel. Upon opening the door to the hotel you are greeted by a short flight of very steep stairs but once inside there is a small lift for your suitcases to be taken to upper floors. My understanding is that there is no lift for people. Our room was on the ground floor so...

"The central location is great for walking around Old Town. The bell staff is excellent, helpful and quick. The room was clean and spacious with the exception of the layout of the bathroom door with respect to the sink counter. You couldn't exit the bathroom with first stepping back to open the door fully. You have to be there to understand the issue. But other than that, it was a great stay."
