Hotel was quiet and clean and the beds were comfy. We did the pre check-in but not sure why because they asked all the same questions again at the desk. Construction is going on behind the building so you might hear some banging in the morning. Wasn’t overly horrible but it did wake me up.

It’s somewhat clean, my bathroom had some mysterious brown stains on the wall. It’s a nice area. The part that got me was the laundry amenities box was broken. The dryer needs to be fixed. The front desk lady early in the morning had an attitude over me asking for coffee at 6:55am. These are small issues that can be fixed. After all it’s a great area, quiet, convenient location. If that’s what you need then go for it. It was easy access for the football game in Pittsburgh.

Horrible experience. The review shows it’s so good for families. But we had a terrible experience. Room door was broken and couldn’t close. Water tap had broken handle. Shower wasn’t having good Amount of water flow. I guess the ratings on the website are paid reviews Breakfast was such a disaster. Never ever recommend to anyone

Overall good stay with clean facility and helpful staff. I would recommend stationing somebody at the front desk from 10 AM to 11 AM as this is the final hour of standard checkout. Also, Sunday breakfast seems to be hit or miss with scrambled eggs and sausage.
