Staff is fantastic. Location is great. The only issue is that the uber/lyft drivers won’t pick up or drop you off from the hotel when there are games going on. The secret from the front desk? Put your location in the river! Then when a driver picks up the ride give them the hotel address

The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise, parking was easy and safe, hotel was fairly clean, easy check in and check out

I would stay here again & I would request a corner suite again. Everything about the stay at Hyatt Place North Shore was cozy and peaceful. There are no Hotels in the US from California to Pennsylvania that offer complete privacy. Keep that aspect in check & enjoy the safest part of the travel.
