Bathroom was not clean, hair all over the floor, restaurant was closed, we had picked this hotel for that specifically! Key card did not work 2 different times we tried to use it. Espresso machine in the lobby was broke for morning coffee!! The only thing good I will say is that the customer service was excellent!!

When I first walked in there was a nice soft pleasant smell that made you feel welcome. The staff were friendly helpful. We were shuttled to and from the airport, the drivers were friendly and engaged. We will definitely stay here again for future trips. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport during our hockey tournament. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable—perfect for resting between games. The location was convenient, close to the arena, restaurants, and shopping.
