One of the nicer hotels in New Plymouth. Clean, well maintained, attentive staff and service. Down by the waterfront and easily accessible to the restaurants and bars around the township. Will definitely book this again for our next trip

Sehr nettes Personal. Allerdings muss die Bettwäsche mitgebracht oder aber für 10$ nachträglich organisiert werden. Ich finde, das müsste bei Hotel.com besser hervorgehoben werden. Wir waren auf jeden Fall überrascht, weil es schon sehr speziell ist, das die Bettwäsche im Zimmerpreis nicht inbegriffen ...

Staff and accommodation were excellent. There was a small hitch with the bedroom TV remote and bedside clock but this should not deter people from this hotel. Highly recommended.
