"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests. "

"Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy."

"Personnel accueillant et chambre spacieuse et propre mais manque un balcon, pas de vue sur la baie comme précisée sur le site, seul le resto situé sur le toit on peut voir la baie, l'hôtel est entouré de bâtiments dont l'extérieur ne sont pas finis, la piscine est bien mais ne donne pas envie de se baigner. le petit déjeuner est moyen, arrivé tôt sinon ne reste plus grand chose à manger. Hôtel de dépannage pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais pas de longue durée.Dommage pour ce prix."

The Cinnamone buffet menu not to my liking as i like to cook from fresh and some dishes too salty and all meats and fish cooked in a 'sauce' of some description. There is a bbq hotplate and usually two protein items available in the evening can be cooked fresh if you prefer.
