Our stay at Les Chambres d'Or was much enjoyable! The beds were comfortable after a long day out & about in Roma. We came back to a spotless room daily. The gentleman who greeted us at check in with was congenial and helpful. We would gladly stay there again.

Nice quiet space, room is a tad small, but we didn't really spend much time in room. Heating unit worked WAY to well, not a bad thing.

The staff really went the extra mile. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. They made the stay very enjoyable. The amenities were good but not spectacular in any way. Small fitness room and pool. There’s also a sauna and stem room. All the facilities are kept very clean. I was very unhappy with the first room I got which was very small and dark. I didn’t mention it to the staff but I did mention it in my check in review. They upgraded me to a better room, which I really appreciated. It’s a pretty central location and very walkable.

O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. ...
