Ótimo mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos.

Muito bom o Hotel funcionários atenciosos porém estava com alguns problemas de manutenção sem um elevador e isso congestionava bastante, os acessos fica demorando. Os recreadores eram bons mas faltou um pouco de atenção com o meu filho se machucou se bateu com outra criança sangrou o nariz e acredito não ter sido informado para a direção para mais cuidado com ele, voltou com o nariz bastante inchado vamos levar até o médico para ver o resultado.

Muito bom, mas poderia ser bem melhor

Comida muito boa, piscina térmica de manhã só tinha uma quente, outras morna para gelada. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando no gelado direito, mas o quente funcionava. O estacionamento não é coberto e pegou muito pó. O hotel está em reforma e nos deixaram num quarto cheio de barulho (sendo que pedi para não ter barulho). Acredito que me situações normais seja muito bom, mas no momento que estive lá, não foi uma experiência excelente.

Boa estadia.

Apesar do hotel estar extremamente cheio, o atendimento foi bom. A qualidade das comidas excelente. Quarto amplo e confortável. Pretendo voltar, mas não nesta época de férias escolares, já que o número de crianças e consequentemente o barulho são muito grandes.
