"O quarto não estava devidamente preparado, fechado a algum tempo pela presença de inseto morto próximo ao sanitário. O interfone do quarto não está funcionando também, precisei me dirigir até a recepção para a substituição das pilhas do controle do ar condicionado.

"Basic, but good. Location is not bad, walking distance to a big supermarket and the main Rua do Porto area; extra helpful staff; decent breakfast. The fact that the pool is not heated and sort of indoors does not help: Even under a radiant heat, water is still freezing cold."
