"The staff and rooms were nice and clean and close to everything. I wish (1) the hair dryer didn’t block the hand soap, (2) the bath towels were bigger, (3) there was a place downstairs to fill water bottles, and (4) you didn’t have to go into the shower to turn on the water."

"Loved convenience of kitchen and dining table. Lots of space in suites. Decor is outdated and smells a bit old. Staff were pleasant but could have shared more information about amenities like hours."

"Room #15 was clean and inviting, but lacked a closet or a hanging rack area where we could hang our clothes. Only one chair in our double queen room. The curtains hung over the A/C unit restricting air flow, so we had to pin the right hand side up to get full air flow. Didn't like the view into the opposite room that was some 12 ft. away. The shower head was far too high for my wife, so we had to leave it in the hanging position. If se was on her own, she would have to have assistance and ask...

"Spectacular! We loved our room. Exceptional service and we also loved the coffee at the end of the hall until 9am. It was lovely to have a lazy coffee in our huge comfy bed!"

"A very lovely stay and our third year in a row visiting this property. We love the location and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say is that the prices have gone up a fair amount. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The food is incredible. Every meal was very good. Room was clean and the check in was fast and efficient. They upgraded us to a king bed which was really nice."
