"The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????"

"I was staying a single night before taking the train in the morning. 15 minute Taxi ride to the airport and 5 minute Taxi to the train depot. Several restaurant choices in close walking distance. Staff helpful and polite. "

"It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient."
"It is nice having an inexpensive option for a room with more than just a bed and microwave. Even though the facility is a little older, they keep up on maintenance.And it's quite cozy."
"3rd floor is best to stay away from cigarette smell. 3rd floor was wheelchair accessible for the shower. However, might need someone to help keep the door open as they do not have door stoppers"
