We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "

"Was clean. Staff ok. No thermostat in room. Open window to cool. Note on wall to tell you this. Then you hear traffic. Coffee not working. Sink clogged. If all you need is a place to sleep this is it. "
