"Keys did not work, it took 3 trips back to the desk before clerk realized battery was dead in door."

"Parking was okay. I understand this is a budget hotel but it definately needs some better cleaning and some tlc. The towel bar, and toilet were broken. The bathtub needed a good deep cleaning and overall the property is in need of some updating. The "breakfast" was very basic and the coffee was cold. When I told the front desk that everything was enpty and the coffee was cold they said the coffee maker was broken."

"The room we had was small and seemed to be designed for one person. There was a huge desk with an office chair that took up all the floor space so we had the bed or one office chair for two people to sit in. The room is showing its age , pretty beat up in places and had the smallest shower we had ever seen in a hotel room. The room had a little kitchenette with a micro, sink , a few dishes and a small fridge. The staff was helpful when we had to phone down as there was no tv remote in the room, they had a nice young man bring us one."

"Breakfast was quite good. Decent selection of items, nice dining room, waffles weren’t great. Underground parking was a nice convenience given other hotels around that area are often cramped for space."
