"Made first half of booking via Hotels.com, mainly booked this hotel and not others nearby because of their swimming pool, however, as it's outdoor, it didn't schedule to open till 1st of April, this information wasn't highlighted anywhere. Due to cancellation of flight we had to extend our stay and did experience the swimming pool in the end-nice and big but don't expect to sunbathe, lots of tall buildings around (it is Hong Kong after all). I loved their sauna & steam rooms, male and female separated in each's changing area, so bit more private and quieter than normal gym ones. Room was nice and spacious. The design of the shower cubicle a bit poor, door opened outward and you can't avoid water dripping out. The lotion & washes were lovely. Location of hotel is great, bus stop right outside, or MTR about 5-6mins walk. My hubby finished all the novels he bought and wanted to exchange one from housekeeping (surely you think an international brand of hotels would have a few left behind by guests) but none available."

"Very clean room. Room size is decent base on this price. Two things for the bathroom which have some design issue. No saddle bathroom floor to prevent water leaking to the hotel room. Also the faucet comes with sensor which is not good design. "

"Modern, clean, luxurious hotel with a beautiful infinity pool, sauna, steam room, and rooftop cocktail bar. We had a high floor room with harbour view which was so worth it. The location is close to transit and in a newer area that is a bit more chill away from tourist crowds. What more can you want"

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on.
