"Room seemed dingy and muggy, lights and outlets didnt work near bed only in bathroom. Bathroom door wouldnt close all the way. Hotel room door was hard to close. T.V remote didnt work. We paid to have free breakfast included but did not have breakfast at all after being told on check-in that it would be served from 6:00a - 9:00a. I dont like the kiosk we use to check in with a live person on video. I would much rathersee a person live behiind desk very creepy. Our bathroom had a leaky toilet so we had to shout off the water hose. I would not recomnend this hotel.Very disappointed."

"this hotel is the most disgusting,nasty, an rude staff ever. the room was nasty the furniture looked it came from a junk yard,nothing in the room but a couple towels in the bathroom, no coffee or creamer,or cups, but i guess the free cockroaches in the room an all on the 2nd floor,an in the dinning area for the breakfast,we skipped to do the bugs, yuk. an the doors did not lock on the exterior of the building so anyone could come an go as they wanted. the the best was ever floor smelled like marijuana in the halls but this was a smoke free hotel. this place need shut done ,an reported to the health board of Illinois. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL "

"The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned."
