"We received a friendly welcome on arrival and were checked in quickly. My partner's mother experienced difficulties negotiating the slope at the main entrance, because the wheels of her walker kept getting caught in the gaps between the cobbles/paving. Parking was at a premium as there was a function there the same eving. So I 6Our room, 90 was fine for our overnight stay, and clean with comfortable beds. "Love the swimming pool, it is spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is good, happy overall about the stay!"

"near by shopping area and restaurant."

"The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly."

"Good stay, close to station."

"We'll positioned for railway station and RailAir services to Heathrow."

"The dinner food sucks. The spa/pool is fantastic . Location in the middle of nowhere but convenient for business travellers"

"Lovely stay. Spacious room"

"Good size room with everything you need, really good breakfast"

"Great location!"

"Room clean with comfortable bed and nice bedding. Lovely waiter in the restaurant from South Africa. Breakfast nice with order service for poached/fried eggs. Plenty choice at bar."

I waited patiently for the water to heat up, but eventually had to give up. I literally could not have a shower. By that point, I had wasted so much time waiting that I had to rush to make my pre-booked taxi, so I had no opportunity to raise it with reception before leaving. The room itself was basic,...
