"The hotel was very busy due to the IRONMAN, but staff were professional, especially in the face of checking out guests on Monday 22/9 discovering there was a train and public transport strike, that, shout out to Vanessa, she dealt with frantic guests stranded for getting to Bologna airport for travelling home in a calm and professional manner. They don’t have enough kettles for rooms, I would say, we could only have one on the last 2 days of our 7 day stay. The only staff member who I found...

"Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte (fuori stagione) ma abbiamo comunque potuto sperimentare la cortesia e la cordialità del personale.
Stanza essenziale ma comoda e silenziosa.
Colazione davvero ottima!
Il parcheggio interno è un plus da non sottovalutare."

"This is an unusual property full of artifacts in every corner. The room was like walking back in time. Every wall covered in art and antique mirrors with a white irin bed but very comfortable. Due to all the small valuable items I wouldn’t recommend going with toddlers! A pool was a bonus as it was height of summer"
