Our family of four had a great stay at Arenarena Hotel. The hotel was clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. The staff is all very lovely and friendly. We would stay again in the future.

Excelente hotel y gran relación precio calidad.

Muy buen hotel. La habitación esta en impecables condiciones y el servicio fue esmerado y detallista, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno. También utilizamos el servicio del spa que fue muy agradable. Nos encantó hospedarnos ahi, volveríamos sin dudas.

Bueno pero a mejorar mucho

El lugar es inmejorable, tendrian que ayornarse bastante en la calidad de atencion; solicitamos medio dia mas (pagando) asi podriamos usar solamente la pileta y los vestuarios externos y nos denegaron, una pena porque podrian haber facturado un poco mas de estadia, almuerzo y por sobre todas las cosas haber logrado un servicio de calidad. Con 6 puntos esta bien calificado

Quiet time

Hotel muy recomendable, muy buena ubicación frente a la playa, masajes diez puntos. Lo único para mejorar es que son poco flexibles con el horario de check out (10hs). Lo entiendo en temporada o si el check out es un viernes o sábado, pero un domingo de principios de noviembre... me pareció poco creíble la excusa de que necesitaban la habitación porque estaba llegando gente...

Excelente opción para descansar en la playa.

Excelente estadía. Muy agradable la estética del hotel, buen gusto. Cómodo. Los servicios muy buenos y apropiados cuando el tiempo no acompaña, la piscina, bar, todo muy bien.El personal es de primer nivel, atento y servicial.

no era lo que esperabamos pero igual disfrutamos

Primeramente nos toco una habitacion muy diferente a la que imaginabamos, ya de por si no era super accesible la tarifa, teniendo en cuenta otros hoteles cuatro estrellas donde hemos parado, por suerte nos pudieron cambiar a una mejor(la otra que tenian para ofrecer), la tarifa se incremento en un 50 %, estamos acostumbrados a instalarse en hoteles de esta categoria y observamos que la zona de la pileta estaba muy descuidada, le falta mucha restauracion, la zona del spa tiene un baño que no tiene luz y no se puede cerrar la puerta, el servicio del desayuno es precario, ya que cada vez que queres tomar una cucharita de mas debes pedirla(cosa que ni por asomo tenes que hacer en un cuatro estrellas),nos cargaron pedidos a la habitacion que no eran nuestros, habia mucho descontrol en eso, pero lo pudieron solucionar, en fin, yo tuve hotel 22 años y a este hotel spa le falta bastante para brindar los servicios que da un 4 o 5 estrellas.La atenciion tenia siempre un tono "materialista", nunca habia una atncion de mas, como debe haber en este tipo de hoteles, siempre cuidando de no poner servicio o utensilios o comida de mas.La habitacion al final bien, pero es lo mismo que uno paga por un all inclusive en cualq. parte del mundo, y esto es Villa Gesell.

Un agradable lugar para descansar.

Hotel bien ubicado, en la misma playa, en zona tranquila, el personal muy amable, con buenos servicios, muy completo para su precio, el desayuno bastante aceptable, la decoración agradable y detalles como albornoz para el spa, toallas para piscina, sombrillas y esterillas para la playa, me parece estupendo y hace que su precio sea más que aceptable. Repetiría sin duda en caso de volver por la zona.

Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones

Pasamos una excelente estadía.Las habitaciones muy limpias.Hermoso el desayunador con vista al mar y el desayuno riquísimo. Volvería sin duda pero no en fin de semana largo para poder disfrutar más tranquilamente del spa.

Hotel ideal para reponer energía.

Es un hotel muy agradable y acogedor, todo el personal atiende muy bien. El Spa está muy bien y con personal capacitado. Muy buen desayuno, variado y abundante. El espacio de la ducha del baño podría mejorar. Las vistas al mar son muy buenas también.
