Great Hotel, Great SPA no so good restaurant

the hotel is excellent, the cleanliness and maintenance very good, swimming pool and landscape amazing, however the food is expensive and average, you can spend almost an hour just to get one sandwich, and don't have food service in the swimming pool. the restaurant is very poor, however The SPA even though a little bit expensive is Outstanding

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value. However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service.

Not worthy...

I appreciate the helpful efforts of Matias and Antonella from the staff. However, I faced several issues during my stay, including a lack of privacy due to the bathroom window without a curtain. The non-functional air conditioning, absence of mirrors outside the bathroom, and an inconvenient room change to a lower-class triple room were disappointing. Additionally, the persistent key card problems further impacted my experience. Considering these issues, I found the hotel not worthy of its price and would not recommend it.

We have stayed here several times, this one was the last one, not coming back. VERY bad service, the room was not even ready, poorly maintained, none of our requests were taken into account, we were charged so much more than our reservation. Price-quality is a joke. There were unwarned construction going on, no even table lamps on the room, no spa access, all the common areas are closed ridiculously early and so on…very far from what it used to be. I do not recommend this place anymore, stay somewhere else where the customers matter.

I was charge 21% IVA, in spite of the regulation that foreigners paying with credit card outside Argentina does not have to pay it, hotel is nice but the whole argument about this issue ruined the stay....

Overall good stay, somebody should tell the guards on the gate that they’re not guarding Argentina’s nuclear arsenal though. Very serious, Restaurant menu is a bit limited better to go to Italpast. Spa and golf facilities were good as is the “sala de juegos” and kids room good place to go with family,Nice spacious room.
