"Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened?
