Expensive but really average😞

Check in was a problem they didn't know about my stay.... I had to email booking confirmation. Shower room is too tiny, only one bath towel. Air-conditioner not working... Breakfast setting is a joke 😭😭 juice is warm, their quality of is really disappointing.... The noise.... The pool area is too close to the room I was in and the conference room oh my word the noise from the people using these facilities, the sheets and towels are not changed. In totality I regretted ny choice of accommodation😭😢

The accommodation was good and the place was very neat. The only disappointment was in the morning as we had to wait for an hour for our breakfast. First the chef was late and when she arrived, there was no gas to cook the food and this led to a long wait and we had to eat in a hurry to get to our appointment on time. when we arrived we were told that we did not have breakfast included and we had to convince the lady to check correctly as we had chosen the option with breakfast.
