"Lovely hotel, very nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. I will come again. Just one thing: the staff didn't offer the VIP pass initially, which thankfully I knew about. But when I asked, they immediately gave it to me. Great hotel overall. Highly recommend."

"Very clean room, well located hotel and friendly staff. Lovely (quite expensive) restaurant and good breakfast. Just a couple of small issues : carpet in room was rather tired and we would have appreciated more than 2 tiny bottles of shower gel and a spare toilet roll. (Ours only had a very small amount left on roll which ran out quickly.)"

"The hotel's location is great; there are nearby restaurants, and the village center is very close—it's a small village. There is parking available, which is free at night and paid during the day at a reasonable rate. The girl at the reception during the evening shift was very kind. When we first arrived, we found that the room's AC wasn't working well, but she changed our room and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, and the room and bathroom are excellent. My only observation is that, since I had read previous reviews where most guests complained about the air conditioning, I checked it upon arrival and found it wasn't working. We were moved to a room where the AC was functioning, but it wasn't cooling very strongly. Given that the temperatures were 27°C during the day and 22°C at night, I expected much better performance. I expect that if there were a stronger heatwave, the AC would be ineffective. Since the hotel is otherwise lovely, it would be great if they could pay more attention to the air conditioning system."
