"We were very warmly welcomed by all staff. we enjoy the dinner buffet and also breakfast. However, as a foreign visitor it was unclear how to access parking and the elevator to the parking. We had to park temporarily in front and check in to get directions. Result from lack of information, we unloaded at street then parked underground hauling some cases upstairs (later found there was a separate elevator to the parking.). I don’t remember that information being shared with the online reservation although I sent several messages. Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely hotel and staff we’re fantastic but management should provide more detailed information for travelers."
