We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! The room was very clean and cozy looking, the views surrounding the property were breathtaking, we couldn’t believe our eyes. "Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for...

"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow.
