"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. "Although I didn’t like their breakfast much, the great staff and hotel itself made up for that. I enjoyed my stay. "

"I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again."

"Everthing OK and very good"

"way better than expected, the staff was amazing, room was clean. the room also came with red dao soap to take an herbal bath with, super healing. 10/10"

"Would come back here again if I come to visit Sapa next time. Definitely recommend it."
