The best hotel so far that Ive been to that is right on my price point. I regretted moving to a different hotel for the view of the monorail. This hotel set the bar in Sapa. Very French inspired , very big ang well kept hotel even the live plants are clean and shiny. Classy and elegant . Breakfast buffet was great and a lot of choices. The swimming pool was the best, the most beautiful pool ive ever seen. Spa was also very impressive.Not cheap for Sapa but so worth it.

I stayed here in January and loved it came back with my family and the experience was very poor The staff don't have a clue how to do their jobs the receptionist refused to let us check in because my girlfriends mother didn't have photo I'd she had paper I'd but the receptionist was useless eventually we got help from a different receptionist who sorted the situation every morning for breakfast we got told we couldn't have a table for 5 even though we had a table for 5 every day i had to physically set the table myself the staff were useless on the first evening we ate in the restaurant and got told there was a bit of a wait because they were so busy there was only 30 customers I counted and 8 staff waiting tables after we ordered we got bread and nothing appeared for over a hour we got no amuse bouche the entire experience has ruined the hotel Most of the staff just saying hello without any training whatsoever I will not be back So disappointed

It’s my 2nd time stating here and both experiences have been amazing! I have stayed in a deluxe room and a suite and they’ve been clean, beautiful with great balcony views overlooking the town. The spa was great and the restaurant was amazing! The Sa Pa fried rice and Pho were delicious. Staff has always been polite and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The design of the hotel is stunning—elegant, unique, and full of character, making you feel like you’re in a luxurious European palace right in the mountains of Sapa. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is a work of art. It is visually stunning, from the time you enter the lobby to the rooms. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax after a day exploring Sapa. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to Cat Cat Village, endless restaurants and right next door to the Sapa Train Station for quick access to the Muong Hoa Monorail to Sun World Fansipan Legend and the cable car to Fansipan Mountain. All in all a very lovely hotel.

It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. Hôtel, magnifique et enchanteur c’est pour ça qu’il est bien noté. Une fois dedans, vous vous apercevez du manque cruel d’entretien, humidité plus odeur d’humidité au rendez-vous. joint la salle de bain noir, bandeaux LED de la salle de bain qui pendouille, table chevet en marbres et meuble tv en marbre recouvert de trace de verre partout. Le groupes accor a eu les yeux plus gros que le ventre. A se rythme là l’hôtel sera dans 5 ans dans une vétuste incroyable. Le lieu doit être un gouffre financier à l’entretien, ce qui justifie son état. des reprises de peinture, qui sont même pas de la même couleur dans les couloirs et j’en passe . Dommage pourquoi avoir fait un lieu aussi incroyable si vous n’aviez pas les moyens de le maintenir en état.

The Hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It makes one feel like they’ve stepped into the 1930’s with its art deco French colonialism style and haughty couture design we loved elegance of a bygone era. The staff is very nice, friendly and always welcoming. The restaurant is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet has more choices than you can imagine. The host and hostess are a pleasure to greet and always so welcoming and cheerful. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful view of Fansipan Mountain. If you have a chance to stay here you will feel as though you treated yourself to elegance and function as it’s close to everything especially the cable car ride up the mountain. The entrance is literally through the hotel.
