Nos hospedamos tres noches en este hotel, que es muy lindo y apenas tiene dos meses de haber abierto. Elegimos una suite que es prácticamente un departamento, bastante amplio y con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. Lo que más quiero destacar es la atención personalizada de todo el equipo: desde las camareras y el personal de cocina hasta quienes nos atendieron en recepción. Todos fueron muy amables y estuvieron atentos a cada detalle de nuestras necesidades. Además, me permitieron hacer el check-out más tarde porque tenía una reunión por Zoom y me ofrecieron todas las facilidades para atenderla con tranquilidad. ¡Un detalle que agradezco mucho! Gracias también a su gerente , Gabriela . Al ser un hotel nuevo, considero que todavía hay algunos aspectos por ajustar, especialmente el aislamiento acústico, ya que se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y del piso de arriba. Mejorar este punto haría la estancia mucho más cómoda y permitiría descansar mejor. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su atención y hospitalidad.

Fue una muy buena experiencia en familia, ya que el personal era muy amable y la comida estaba muy bien preparada. La alberca estaba excelente al igual que el gimnasio. La verdad una experiencia 10/10. Y como un tipo extra, les recomiendo que pidan las altas buffalo estaban en su punto.
