"Great renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better."

"Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble👍. L'hôtel est bien situé à 10 minutes de marche tranquille du sanctuaire de la grotte à 5 minutes de l'entrée du château 🏰 et à proximité de restaurants sympas. Le confort de la literie impeccable, mais la chambre que nous avions, était un peu petite surtout la salle d'eau quand on a le gabarit d'un pilier de rugby 😂 L'unité de climatisation est bruyant mais il ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel que nous...

"I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted "

"Enjoyed the proximity to the religious sites without being in the pilgrimage hotel area. It also worked out well coming from the train station to drop our luggage there and picking it back up on our way back out."

"Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. "

"Hôtel bien placé avec parking gratuit tout proche. La chambre triple était très propre, les matelas très confortables. Le personnel de ménage très sympathique. Un grand merci au patron pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Enfin un gros câlin à Chanel notre petite masquotte Pomsky adorable et très joueuse, elle nous manque déjà. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel 😍"
