An excellent hotel option downtown Piatra Neamt. The staff was great, professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was excellent, large, clean and with a nice view and a great bed. Everything worked well and it even had a safe available. Best location possible. A wonderful experience.

Wonderful Stay at Central Plaza Hotel Piatra Neamț

This was my second time staying at Central Plaza Hotel in Piatra Neamț, and once again, I can’t fault them in any way. The hotel continues to impress us with its excellent service and thoughtful design. What we loved most was the room layout—although it’s listed as a single hotel room, it’s cleverly divided into two separate spaces. This gave our 12-year-old daughter her own area and provided my spouse and me with the privacy we needed, making it feel more like a mini-apartment than a standard room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping our room spotless with daily cleaning. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience of the location—everything we needed was just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Central Plaza Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Piatra Neamț!

I'd recommend somewhere else simply on a value for money basis. I'll explain - The first night, no one answerered the room service phone. I was exhausted and simply didn't want to leave my room. I'd been traveling across Romania and simply needed an evening to relax, catch up with some friends, etc. I also had a hike planned tor the following day. After calling a few separate times, I ordered via a food service app. The bathroom is basically bare bones. Although there were plenty of towels, that's where the conveniences stopped. They had a body and hand wash, but no shampoo or conditioner. I attempted to get some through reception, but I had no luck. I'm not going to complain too much about reception though because I did receive ice upon request and I really do believe that shampoo should just be offered when you walk into a room. The breakfast - such a cash grab! For the price paid, I expected better food. I could make or purchase everything on offer for less than I paid to have access to the buffet. That's unreasonable to me. My recommendation - not worth it, there's vive la crepe just around the corner with better food and coffee for 1/3 the price and for even more savings, a couple grocery stores within walking distance. Believe me, the food is equivalent. Also, the food is not labelled. For those with allergies and/or sensitivities, that is something incredibly important and really very easy to do. Having travelled through this country, I've gotten more for less.

Fabulous hotel. Easy walk to old town. Parking is in a controlled paid lot, but hotel validated parking so it’s free to guests. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great bed

I mostly appreciated the connection to WIFI without asking for passwords, registration or other steps. We really enjoyed as well the 2 rooms connected which gave us privacy (for myself, my daughter and my brother). Good quality of mattress, bed linen and the breakfast choices.
