"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. "This is a modern, smart and very clean airport hotel. All members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was a very cold winter's day and we really appreciated that the heat pump in our room had been turned on beforehand and it was lovely and cosy for our arrival.
